Initially set for a duration of one year, this project has been extended each year, with the latest extension stretching until May 2024.
The Principal Investigator (PI) and the project team at IIT-Hyderabad have been diligently working on this project, providing analytical reports periodically to the Telangana Government. These reports are based on the data provided by government officials, aiding in the analysis of tax-related information.
The institute has approached this project with utmost sincerity, treating it like any other sponsored research project. IIT-H has affirmed its commitment to extending all possible support to the Commercial Taxes officials throughout the investigation process.
